TrendSpotters researched a new market opportunity and wrote a business plan that merged the intellectual property of one company with the software and industry expertise of another company. After the business plan was written, we engaged a variety of Venture Capital and other funding sources, made introductions to a series of strategic partner and client opportunities and developed presentations to those organizations.
Case II
TrendSpotters wrote a position outline and reviewed the whole product solution for an emerging software company. We developed a profile for the “ideal buyer” as well as a demonstration guide for presenting the software to clients. The company has pursued TrendSpotters recommended strategy and implementation plan, subsequently raised funding and closed lucrative opportunities with corporate clients resulting in over $1 million in funding and sales in 3 months.

As a result, they were attempting to assimilate multiple corporate cultures, manage the incumbent change and ensure alignment around their organizational goals. We implemented a
program to help them identify issues on a real-time basis, put specific actions
in place and measure results. Their executives receive a weekly snapshot over multiple sites and states to integrate new cultural norms for the business, and effect two-way communication with over
25,000 employees.
